"We all have the power to make a difference in whatever way we can."
~ Marcus Mitchell
Anyone who knew Austin understood his love to "fix" things. The combination of his gift for understanding how things went together, inquisitiveness, determination to make things work, and skills and knowledge gained during this high school Electrical Trade program made him everyone's 'go-to' person when something needed to be fixed or 'wired.' There are too many people to count who will look around their homes today and see an electrical or home project that Austin helped with.
The Austin Narewski Electrical Trade Scholarship Fund will allow Austin's passion for the trades to continue to be shared with others! Each year one, two, or even three students from specified vocational high schools will be selected, based on criteria that represents Austin's character, drive, and dedication to the trades.
The first recipient of each school must be graduating from the Electrical Trade program. If more than one scholarship per school is being awarded, then the additional recipients may have completed any of the following programs: Electrical Trade, Construction, Auto Mechanic, or Auto Body.
100% of all donations go to the Austin Narewski Electrical Trade Scholarship Fund...a 501(c)(3) charity.
The scholarship is for additional study, including college, trade school, and/or continuing education course(s). FLACE will write a check to the recipient and school.
FLACE (Finger Lakes Area Community Endowment) is the financial organization, through Canandaigua National Bank, that is responsible for distributing all scholarship funds for the Austin Narewski Electrical Trade Scholarship Fund.
The Austin Narewski Electrical Trade Scholarship Fund allows Austin's passion for the trades to continue to be shared with others!

Due to various circumstances it has been decided not to continue with the "fun-raiser." We will miss celebrating life in-person with all of our friends - old and new. Please take a day to spend with those you love just enjoying life - go for a hike, have a "bring a dish to pass" get together, take a road trip, share
